Method

  1. Before cooking, measure these ingredients: 100 g rolled oats and 200 ml oat milk. Set out the remaining ingredients, cookware and utensils so everything is ready.
  2. Mix oats, oat milk, chia seeds and maple syrup thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, for at least 6 hours.
  4. Top with raspberries and chopped almonds in the morning.
  5. Before serving, check: Stir chia again 5–10 minutes after first mixing to prevent a solid clump. Allow the full stated thickening time.

Beginner-friendly tips

Read these three practical tips before cooking. Check how the food looks and feels, not just the clock.

  • Cook porridge gently and stir often, especially along the bottom where it sticks first.
  • Stir chia again 5–10 minutes after first mixing to prevent a solid clump. Allow the full stated thickening time.
  • Add fruit and crunchy toppings last to keep their texture. Check the temperature before eating.
